In this workshop Tricya will breakdown some of the basics of Breathing Exercises (Pranayama), you will learn the main components to practicing breathing exercises properly, and which ones to use to relieve stress and anxiety.
Whether you are in emotional strain and stress or just wanting to learn more about breathing, Tricya will support you as you work on finding the best breathing approach for you and for your intention of deepening your understanding of the Mechanism of Breath.
