About the Event
Here is what to expect at this workshop:
Tricya Morrice, E-RYT delves into the nitty gritty of your hips being the epicentre of stress from body and mind.
Through yoga postures, isometrics and breath - Tricya teaches how we can free our hips of pain and stiffness.
Catherine, PT will teach about mobility and strength in the hips through a variety of movements that require little to no equipment. She will address pelvic positioning during exercise and breathing so as to avoid injury.
You will receive an email once you have regostered and the email will contain the ZOOM information and link for the event. Make sure to keep it some where safe ;)
Please bring to the workshop:
Pen and paper if you would like to take notes
Pillow, blanket or bolster
Yoga blocks (If possible)
Pilates/squishy ball/pillow (If possible)
