Hips Made Happy Workshop
Workshop details:
Tricya Morrice, E-RYT delves into the nitty gritty of your hips being the epicentre of stress from body and mind.
Through yoga postures, isometrics and breath - Tricya teaches how we can free our hips of pain and stiffness (www.catherinefit.com).
Catherine, PT will teach about mobility and strength in the hips through a variety of movements that require little to no equipment. She will address pelvic positioning during exercise and breathing so as to avoid injury.
What you'll need:
Yoga mat
Pillow, blanket or bolster
Yoga blocks (If possible)
Balance aid
Pilates/squishy ball/pillow (If possible)
Pen and paper if you would like to take notes
