Hips Made Happy Workshop
Workshop details: Tricya Morrice, E-RYT delves into the nitty gritty of your hips being the epicentre of stress from body and mind. Through yoga postures, isometrics and breath - Tricya teaches how we can free our hips of pain and stiffness (www.catherinefit.com). Catherine, PT will teach about mobility and strength in the hips through a variety of movements that require little to no equipment. She will address pelvic positioning during exercise and breathing so as to avoid injury. What you'll need: Yoga mat Pillow, blanket or bolster Yoga blocks (If possible) Balance aid Pilates/squishy ball/pillow (If possible) Pen and paper if you would like to take notes

Thoracic TLC Workshop
THORACIC TLC (upper back) details: Catherine will teach you how to build some strength in the back of your shoulders with dynamic movements that will open up your upper back muscles and encourage you to stand taller (www.catherinefit.com).
