Service Description
We can't avoid stress but we certainly can learn to flow with it as a means to release its impact. This will not happen just by willing stress away. It takes movement, mindfulness and breathing practices. Each class will begin with a mindfulness practice to anchor the busy mind, a breathing technique to set the foundation for the nervous system. The asana practice will combine challenging postures with easy flowing connections to then conclude with deep, contemplative stretches and a final relaxation posture to bring it all together. The tools learnt in this class can benefit so many adversities we all face in our day-to-day lives including (but not restricted to) emotional imbalances, physical restraints, agitated mental states, menopausal phases, sleep disturbances, low self-esteem and self-worth issues and so much more. Consistency in practice will build stability in your life. Join me as we build it one class at a time.
