Roll and Flow - Football , QL and Balance.
You will need a small yoga ball for this tune-up. This is a more challenging sequence that works great for those needing more hips and lower spine mobility. Plus, a little 'football' to wake up not only your feet but your mental and physical energy. Have two 4-inch blocks with you too.
